My awesomely dedicated teaching partner suggested we hand write cards to the children during the coronavirus shut-down. I included a poem with a "Mini-Miss Diana" so they could take me on adventures with them. We went hiking, planted beans, checked out farm animals, played hide and seek, baked, rode in a box car, and more. I was so excited to see the things my mini-me did with my preschoolers. The only way it could have been better is if I had done these things with them in person! I got this idea from another teacher who generously offered it up for free like so many wonderful people have done during this tough time.
